About these terms
By using this website you agree to these terms. Separate terms will apply when you buy a course or open an organisation account; we will show them to you before you commit.
Using the website
- You may view, print and share pages for your own use and to help your organisation choose training.
- You must not misuse the website, try to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with how it works, or copy course material from it for resale or publication.
- The free sample lesson is for you to try our training. It does not lead to a certificate.
Information on this website
We work hard to keep course descriptions and summaries of the law accurate and up to date, but they are general information, not legal advice for your particular circumstances. Responsibility for health and safety in a workplace stays with the employer and the people who control it. Courses and features described as coming soon may change before they are available.
Our content
The text, images, lessons and design of this website belong to Clarity Training or are used with permission. Legislation is quoted under the Open Government Licence where applicable.
Links to other websites
Where we link to other websites, such as legislation or HSE guidance, we are not responsible for their content.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or reliance on its general information.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except where the law of your home nation in the UK gives you the right to bring proceedings there.
